The Targa 44 (in all other aspects the same boat as the Targa 42, but with a modified transom giving the boat a longer waterline length and a larger engine room) was introduced in 2007. At the same time the Targa 44 with the revolutionary Volvo Penta IPS system was introduced – an instant success. The IPS is working perfectly together with the well-balanced hull of the Targa 44.
